Never ever again . Personal is rude people without heart and understanding watching you suffer ignoring you treating you like zero. I was very dizzy and sick they took me out of bed I lied on the floor . They let me to sit on chair over 24 hours sleep there sitting even I begged them that I’m very sick and dizzy. Made themself like they don’t hear me. Ashamed all of them who was working that time I was there . I was very sick they did not find out what’s is happening. Since 2nd feb I’m still sick and no one knows why . I got baby at home . I will better die in my bed from of my baby eyes than to go back to the whole .

Suggested improvements
At least don’t be rude nice and understandable!!! Don’t keep so sick patient on the chair like piece of nothing while is very sick. If you want to change anything you need to change people who is working there … very very Sad experience . All people around me was saying the same !! Terrible stuff

I came in with sepsis and a heart rate of 150bpm they rushed me into RAFT and was seen quickly and was transferred to a bed as soon as possible as I was having trouble staying conscious. They acted quickly and with care can not fault them. Thank you all so much !

Review of Labour Ward

I had the pleasure of having Sadie and Makayla as my midwives who were an absolute dream. They were reassuring, kind, compassionate and supportive from the beginning until the end of their shift. I was gutted they couldn’t stay to deliver the baby as they had been there from the beginning and I built trust in them. It’s a breath of fresh air having such lovely midwives. When the hand over happened I was given another 2 lovely midwives Walter and Tara. They delivered my baby and were very supportive and reassuring also. Very pleased with the care received.

I had my waters popped and was contracting here and there but towards the end of the 2-4 hour period I was contracting more intense. I felt though I might have been more than 2cm dilated considering the pain I was experiencing and I wanted to be examined before being put on the hormone drip but the doctors disregarded my wish to have a vaginal examination to see how many centimetres and just put me straight onto the hormone drip. I feel though patients wishes are not met.

Nurses and Doctors were very caring and attentive but being badly let down by the NHS system that should be there to support them

Suggested improvements
Despite lots of nurses and care workers being on duty there were long periods of waiting due to nursing staff being totally overwhelmed with sheer number of patients - there is a bottle neck further up the chain that is affecting A & E’s ability to function within reasonable time lines - but Nursing staff themselves were faultless as usual

I had a very lovely nurse and doctor who looked after me very well. It was only the wait time that took over 3 hours for 1 patient to be seen

Suggested improvements
Nurses were very good and gentle same for the doctor. But making jokes of your patients does not make others around feel well as for all we know person might be in a very bad pain… I only witnessed it but this is last what you would be expecting to see in emergency care.

It amazes me the way they work.Respectable,humble.Dr.Seenah,SisterLeleine,Nurse Edna(correct me if it’s wrong spelling)and the rest of the team are mean machine. Some patient don’t understand the pressure of their job but the way they handle the pressure is unbelievable and still manage to smile.Waited for 14 hours or so?To be honest it’s worth waiting.Forgot to mention Baz(porter) very helpful and humble guy.

Suggested improvements
I can’t fault anyone at A&E Department .My amazement never cease.Keep up the job.
